Ditch the Deodorant

Anyone who is relatively health conscious has probably purchased various natural deodorants usually without much success. I have heard it oh so many times, natural deodorants just don’t work! Have you ever thought that it could be the foods you are consuming that are causing your unattractive body odor? Yes, it is true! The more acidic foods you consume, chances are the more unappealing your body odor will be. Which foods are highly acidic? That’s easy, all animal proteins are highly acidic, so therefore, the more animal proteins you consume, the more acidic the body becomes, and the stronger the deodorant you will require to keep yourself smelling sweet.

Instead of clogging your sweat glands, and masking your body odor with unnecessary chemicals, why not begin a transition to a healthy plant based diet?

The more whole plant foods you consume, the more alkaline the body will become.

The more alkaline the body, the more attractive your body odor will be. After transitioning to a healthy plant based vegan diet, you will soon be able to taper off using your chemically laden deodorant, as many vegans do not have any use for deodorant. If you are a raw vegan your natural body odor will be the sweetest of all.

Go vegan and ditch the deodorant!
